SHIPPING DESTINATION We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. All orders are delivered to the customer's address.
SHIPPING COST We offer free shipping on all UK orders. No minimum order value required.
PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Our order cut-off time is 14:00 (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
TRANSIT TIME Estimated transit time to the United Kingdom is 7–12 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch.
TOTAL DELIVERY TIME Estimated total delivery time is 8–15 business days from the date of order placement. Please take note delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays, seasonal demand, or customs processing.
SHIPPING ORIGIN Our products are sourced from international suppliers and dispatched directly to customers in the United Kingdom. Orders are fulfilled and
managed independently online, shipped using trusted international and
local delivery partners which may include YunExpress, CNE Express,
DHL eCommerce, and Royal Mail depending on the destination.
COURIER & TRACKING Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided in your dispatch confirmation email or through our tracking page. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

MISSING OR LOST ORDERS If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please follow these steps. First check your tracking link for the latest update. Then check with neighbours or your local delivery depot in case a delivery was attempted. If your order is still missing after 15 business days from dispatch, contact us at info@silvorne.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
FAILED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the parcel is uncollected and returned to us, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
