RETURN PERIOD You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
SCENARIOS
Wrong item received Contact us immediately at info@silvorne.com with your order number and a photo. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund. Return shipping is covered by us.
Damaged or defective item Contact us as soon as possible with photographic evidence. If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Return shipping is covered by us.
Change of mind You can return the item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Wrong size or colour Contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Exchanges are subject to availability.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN Contact us at info@silvorne.com or via our contact form. Return instructions will be provided after contacting our support team to ensure the correct return process. Returned items are inspected upon arrival before a refund or exchange is approved.
RETURN SHIPPING The customer is responsible for return shipping costs except for damaged, defective or incorrect items, in which case return shipping is covered by us.
Returns are processed through our UK returns address.

we will provide you with the correct return address.
Our global fulfilment centre is based outside the UK,
however we ensure a UK return option is available for
all eligible returns.

REFUND PROCESSING Refunds are processed in 10 business days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.
REFUND METHOD All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund once issued.

CANCELLATION PERIOD Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@silvorne.com. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers can still request a return in accordance with our return policy.
